We were told to order a demo kit first, but once the order was placed, we received no meaningful support or timely communication. Their lack of professionalism and responsiveness has completely wasted our time and money. Overall, I would not recommend this supplier, and especially not Alice from the sales team, due to the poor support, lack of communication, and failure to deliver after the sale.
